1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 24 hours (excluding Sundays and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
2. Shipping Rates and Estimates
Free Delivery: We offer free shipping on all orders above ₹999.
Standard Shipping: For orders below ₹999, a flat shipping fee will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Domestic Delivery: We ship across India. Estimated delivery times range from 3 to 7 business days depending on your location.
3. Local Pickup (Mumbai)
While we primarily operate online, orders are dispatched from our facility at Jyotirling nagar, Mankhurd, Mumbai - 400088. At this time, we do not offer direct customer pickups.
4. Order Tracking
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email or SMS notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.
5. Shipment to P.O. Boxes
Please provide a complete physical address for delivery. Our courier partners often cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or restricted areas.
6. International Shipping
Currently, JayaBoutique only ships within India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
7. Delivery Delays
While we strive for fast dispatch, JayaBoutique is not responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics partners, weather conditions, or local disruptions.
8. Incorrect Shipping Information
We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before completing your purchase.
